like the place and house is big enough but inside and outside cleaning was not acceptable, hygiene is very important and should be treated as a priority. kitchen stove very greasy And it's in poor condition, stain towels, there isn't even any salt in the kitchen, and many other things more. that I prefer do not listed. Honestly, for the first time I feel that the stay wasn't worth the price I paid.
Overall an amazing stay! The house is so spacious my whole group did not feel cluttered whatsoever. The amenities of the home gave us lots to do and stay active and busy throughout our stay. The home was clean overall, though there were a few areas that were a bit dusty. Nothing major, just something to note. We loved it, would definitely book again.
Wonderful hosts! Great place, good for groups, would stay again!

No complaints
We had a wonderful stay at this house with our large family. The space worked very well for a big group, and we were able to spend meaningful time together, which made the trip really special for us. Michael was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. Since we were the first family to rent the home, there are a few small adjustments that will likely be improved over time, but overall the experience was very good. We were also able to bring our small dog, which made the trip even better for our family. The kids especially loved the arcade game and had a great time playing together.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- The Four Daughters Collective will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — The Four Daughters Collective will match it.
